Facility Map
The facilities are designed to promote the highest level of learning with minimal distractions from each respective area. All facilities are air conditioned/heated and equipped appropriately for optimum classroom instruction. The Center will be enabled with wireless support for web/ network access from anywhere within the facility. Security doors separate each area to enable participant-only access.
The facility is separated into four main areas, Front Reception, Administrative Offices, Classrooms and Flight Training Device Bay.

The Library will house all master publications: Training Center Manual, Course Curriculums to include syllabi and lesson plans, flight training manuals, RFM’s and course material to be accessed for reference and positive document control.

#11 Classroom 1
Is 41’ x 20’ and feel that it is adequate for 20 students and is equipped with state of the art electronic board and projector for multi-media presentations. It will include a custom instructor station to promote ease of presentation to switch from multiple sources. It will also be equipped with 2, 10 x 6 dry erase boards.
#12 Classroom 2/ Computer Lab
Is 25’ x 20 and is adequate for 12 students and is equipped with a state of the art electronic board and projector for multi-media presentations. It will include a custom instructor station to promote ease of presentation being able to switch from multiple sources (inputs). It will also be equipped with 2, 10 x 6 dry erase boards. It will house computers to promote interactive computer software (GNS 430/530 and Honeywell’s Primis Epic, EC225 CMA 9000 FMS) and be able to access different computer based training software.
#13 Classroom 3
Is 24 x 36 and is adequate for 30 students and is also equipped with start of the art electronic board and projector for multi-media presentation. It will include a custom instructor station to promote ease of presentation to switch from multiple sources. It will be equipped with 2, 10 x 6 dry erase boards.
#14 Restrooms
The restrooms are unisex in design.
#15 FTD Brief-Debriefing Room
This room will be used for all pre-flight planning, formal briefing/ debriefing area with Instructor station to provide playback from each flight lesson completed in the Flight Training Device. The instructor station will also provide video playback of the flight for a formal debrief with preference to CRM.
#16 FTD/ Simulator Bay
This houses the AS350 B2 FTD level 6 device and a EC135 CPDS P2+ FTD level 6 device.
